Our Story 

Cucho’s Taco Grille, a restaurant inspired by Erik Guzman Sr., and his son, Erik Guzman Jr., is based on satisfying the palate of all people with not only traditional Mexican recipes, but also with contemporary cuisine and fusion that create an unforgettable experience.

Erik Guzman Sr., has experience of more than 30 years in the restaurant industry. He has worked with several restaurants, varying in food categories. This includes owning and managing a restaurant for 16 years. Erik’s passion of being a chef extends to his participation in various cooking competitions over the years where he enjoys the challenge of creating new recipes and competing. He has been successful in winning and placing in these competitions. In 2018 and 2019 he was able to travel throughout Mexico trying flavors, spices, and unique cooking styles which has contributed to the fresh, and flavorful menu at Cucho’s Taco Grille.

Erik Guzman Jr. grew up in the restaurant industry with his father, Erik Sr., allowing him to develop an appreciation for creative, flavorful food and for the entire experience of visiting a restaurant. Spending the last 8 years developing his business mindset he established himself as a hard worker and a successful manager. Erik Jr.’s experience falls mainly in sales and operations, but he has expanded his focus to entrepreneurship and learning all aspects of a business.

Erik Sr. and Erik Jr. have created a restaurant in their own vision with quality fresh flavorful food, and outstanding customer service to bring you, your family and your friends an enjoyable experience dinning in or through takeout.
